A New Weekly Podcast on the Sunday Gospels

We’re excited to share something new from Grounded Catholic: a weekly podcast series with Chad Pirotte called Tilling the Soul: Reflections on the Sunday Gospels.

The heart of this series is simple — to help you encounter the Gospel in a fresh and personal way each week. Beginning Sunday, September 7, Chad will walk listeners through the upcoming Sunday Gospel reading, offering thoughtful insights that connect Scripture with daily life. His reflections are designed to meet you wherever you are — whether you’re driving to work, preparing dinner, or sitting quietly in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Each episode will also include a set of questions to guide your own reflection and prayer. These can be used for personal journaling, as prompts for deeper meditation, or as conversation starters in a small group or family setting.

Why “Tilling the Soul”? Just like soil needs to be turned and prepared before seeds can take root, our souls also need to be opened up and made ready to receive God’s Word. This weekly podcast is meant to be a gentle tool to help till that soil, so the Gospel can take root and grow in our lives.

We hope Tilling the Soul becomes part of your weekly rhythm — a chance to pause, listen, and be nourished by the Word of God.
